Should poor people be punished for stealing if they are stealing to feed their family? I think...yes. Stealing is a very bad behavior even you're poor or not. The victims have done nothing wrong. So I think poor people should be punished for stealing even though their perpose was to feed their family. Sorry to poor people but stealing is not allowed to anyone.^^
