Maybe, I think it is myself is my nemesis, it is easy if it is other person.
The reason why, if I can't defeat that person I can avoid or be careful.
In my opinion, ego is can make decision to aim who is my Nemesis , it is indicate that ego is one of important position can control and adjust to judge.
But ego is different with the other things, I can't avoid and defeat etc...
So if it is not in under control maybe can easily fall in chaos.
I think, self esteem is one of important thing in life. before the aim on hate list I try to think about myself ( e.g right now am I right? )
like a look in the mirror, I try to look in reflex my mind to cut off bad thing.
I can learn to love my self that under control the ego and debate with ego and negotiate with ego.
I can find new nemesis when I can control ego, therefore one of my big nemesis is myself
