What do you consider to be your weakness?
One weakness I’ve been working on is being overly detail-oriented. I like to make sure everything is accurate and polished, but in the past that sometimes slowed me down more than necessary. To improve, I’ve been setting clearer time limits for tasks and focusing on prioritizing what really needs that level of detail versus what just needs to be done efficiently. It’s helped me become more productive without sacrificing quality.
