If economic conditions are enough, it is not bad to keep up with it somewhat. i suggest that he creates a new fashion than he follows current fashion. In other words, it means he should exercise to create himself. even if a famous actors are wearing on very cheap cloths in a movie, it will be able to be fashionable. the cloths can be purchased at traditional market.
