I think people move to follow a school or company. Urban areas have many chance to get a job or good education system. That’s why many people want to move city even though every price is more expensive than countryside.
For this reason, many people gather in small area and government develop only that area. So it makes big differences between rural areas and urban areas thus it cause that region polarization will be serious.

In my opinion, people move to follow a school or company. Urban areas give a lot of chances for people to get a stable job or good education system. That\'s why many people want to move in the city even though the expenses is much more higher than in the countryside. For this reason, many people gather in small areas but the government will only develop the certain place. So that creates the big differences between rural and urban areas, thus it caused a serious region polarization.
