In other words, it provide us benefits every hour of the day and every day of the year.
Past generations paid taxes for what we have today like schools, hospitals, courts of law, roads, public transit and parks.
Our taxes today allow us to pass along those benefits to future generations which could possibly be our own children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
If we ignore, shortchange or postpone funding for social, economic and environmental problems today, the solutions will become more expensive in the future.
It\'s just sad that while we religiously pay our taxes, some people from the government steal and mismanage them.
I know how you feel because most of the politicians in my country are corrupt.
They steal the money they didn\'t work hard for and don\'t give what the people deserve.
While it is true that our taxes ensure a comfortable place to live in, its mismanagement could also be the reason for the people to stop paying their taxes.
