How long does it usually take you to fall asleep? Do you fall asleep immediately?
If I can get the ability, one of them I want the ability is to go to sleep right away.
Sometimes I fall asleep immediately, but usually I need a few time.
There are many reasons why I can\'t fall asleep right away.
I think I\'m sensitive when I ready to sleep.
So I can\'t sleep if my bed room temperature is hot, a lot of noise around, or there is a little light.
Even, I can\'t sleep without an sleeping eye mask.
And the next reason why I can\'t fall asleep right away is that I look at my smartphone before I fall a sleep.
Often, when I suddenly think of a question things and I search the information at my smartphone before I go to sleep,
time goes too quickly.
So my sleep time is shortened.
