In my opinion, many kinds of exam need to translated into English.
Sometimes I saw people who were nationality is Korea but can\'t speak well Korean.
Most of them are mixed blood or overseas Koreans.
When I was army, I saw overseas Koreans.
He also spend a hard time in army, because he can\'t read Korean well.
And these days, foreign students, foreign residents and mixed blood are increasing in Korea.
Therefore, I think it is good reason to add translated into English and neighboring countries.
