What do you do to take good care of your skin?
I take good care of myself for my skin.

In summer season I have a lot sweat, so when I go out, I often change my clothes or take a simple face washing tools.
Also I use sun cream to protect the my skin from sun burning,
and I use deodorant or perfume, for reduce the smell in the my body.
In winter season my skin hurts(painful) because of the so cold and dry wind.
So, I must use body lotion and hand cream(lotion).
If I go out without put on lotion to my body, my skin cracks and in severe cases, my skin get torn.
In common all season, I keep my skin is not dry and try avoid unhealthy habits and eating habits.
