How often do you start up a conversation with people you don't know? My job is to meet new people almost every day. I have to introduce and guide new people to our temple, and help they feel nature and relax. I am on the shy side but I'm trying to be more outgoing. I think it's important to have good interpersonal skills, so I'm trying to be more sociable and active.
