We often pressure feel because of work, home work, and things to do.
So sometimes I do procrastination because idle.
It\'s happy to delay things right now.
Instead, the future me becomes more tired.

But being an adult and working in society is a promise.
So I think if we do procrastination, we credibility will become low.
