There are many people who try to quit smoking in my company.It seems that they don’t have strong willing to do. When I say such that, they told me it is more difficult than other things.(I’m a non-smoker, so I can’t understand their mind exactly.)But I heard that choosing gum is good way to get rid of drive to smoke. And eating some snacks is another solution when they feel like to smoke. I heard that during chewing some food, they can forget about smoking. but I think that the best way to quit smoking is letting them know about importance of health.//////When I have some trouble at my work, I tell my worries to my friends.They give me various advice, and tell me their opinion or their shoes.Because I can hear other opinions to solve my troubles, I can more think wildly and deeply.
