Q. Should employers set aside time during the day for their employees to exercise? What might be some of the advantages or disadvantages of this?
I agree that there is time to develop oneself by setting aside time.
However, I don’t think that it means to limit only exercise.
Developing oneself is one of the motivation, and also there are many advantages to oneself.
Simply, this is not only to be one of the motivation, but to be an energizer for one’s life.
I think it could be one putting a value of oneself.
