Is leadership an art or a science? Actually, I don't understand following the sentence totally. But i think that art and science are involved in leadership. Approaching sciencific aspect, leadership will be helped as to use sciencific method. Sciencific method are consist of the objective facts likes employee's attendence and leaving time to the office or their profile. when the leader observe their employees, the things help them to grasp it easily. And art aspect is to see their detail emotion at the office life. Leaders have to notice employee's emotion through their acting. Because team means leader and others and if one of them quit the job as to their emotion are destroyed any other, the team would be look for a new assistant. So i think that the team's leader also need to has a art grounding.
