What impact does technology have on stress?
Does it increase it or reduce it?
I think technology impacts a few parts to have on stress. Sometimes, I have to study new skills and technologies, and if they are very complicated so that it\'s very hard to learn, then I would get stressed. However, in most cases, I don\'t need to learn new technologies and that\'s why I think technology impacts only a few parts to have on stress.
