Customer service is important for successful companies.
Can you think of any companies with good or bad customer service?
When I read the question sentence and especially the word \'bad customer service\', I came up with Apple. I think Apple needs to upgrade its customer service though it makes great machines and IT equipment. First, if your iPhone is broke, your phone wouldn\'t be simply fixed. Instead of repairing, you would get a refurbished phone. Some people say that the refurbished phone has no problem but some people could feel anxiety. That\'s why many private repair shops have appeared. I don\'t exactly know about Apple\'s regulations regarding repairing recently, but this issue was widely spread in Korea in the past.
