Do you feel that you have sufficient time to do everything you need every day? If not, how could you get more time?
I think that the things that you have to do for a day depend on how you made a plan for the day and that\'s why we can normally control the work burden of each day. However, sometimes the work burden or the deadlines come together. In this case, I classify each job with its importance and make a sequence of them. Next, I deal with the most important and urgent job first, and then, I try to finish the shortest time required jobs. Finally, if I cannot make enough time to handle all the jobs then I would start talking about delay it with stakeholders.
