Most experiences in our lives that seemed difficult at the time become valuable lessons for the future. We can learn how to cope with it when we encounter difficult situation again. Although I agree in a degree with that sentence, I do not think it could be always a valuable lesson. The reason why I can\'t totally agree is such a difficult experience could make a person to be negative or pessimistic and these characters tend to avoid all chances to challenge could be crisis or fortune without no reason.
