1. Do you think you have a healthy life style?
I don`t think so. First of all, I don`t like to work out. And I like to eat all kind of meats;beef, fork,chicken, tuna...etc. Also I have smoked for about 12 years. After writing this sentence, I noticed I`m living wrong way. I regret my wrongdoings.
2. Is it possible to have a healthy life style in modern world?
I guess so. But It`s very tough way. I think only person who has a very strong mentality. Most of people work at their office with sitting.
So modern people has a lot of fat in their`s belly. Conclusionally, someone who has a strong mentality might have a healthy life, but the most have a lot of fat in their`s belly.
