I will tell the teacher the student is cheating and I will show prooth that this student is cheating.
Then if there is no prooth I will tell the student that it is not good cheating and if the student keep cheating it I will find prooth and tell the teacher the student is cheating again and again it is not fair for other students.
If the plan dosent work and there is no prooth about it I will just let the student do it.
