What do you see and/or imagine when you look into the night sky? I'm heavy exercise in the evening. Walking to the home after exercise, I'm very starving. But, I'm determined to lose weight. So, I'm usually imagine delicious food in my bed before sleeping. In the next morning, I usually eat that or lunch. Sometimes after exercise, I usually eat a lot of thing when I met friend in the boad. And then, I often regrets my impetuous decision. My frienf said to me "You diets all the time." l've been dieting but I'm still as fat as ever. What's the secret for those who successfully lose weight? After surgery, as soon as I was off a diet the weight came back plus more.

Hello Mary, Thank you for doing your homework right away! Keep it up! Well, there are a lot of procedures to lose weight but they are expensive. One way though is to eat a lot of breakfast then eat a little for lunch then just eat a fruit in the evening.
