When we were young, it seemed like we were on a sugar rush all the time. We had so much energy we never wanted to stop. Now that we are a little older, we need more exercise to maintain stamina and lose it quickly during work.
Thus, accepting that aging is a part of life and doing something to have more strength is our goal as we age.
