How do you handle negative feedback from your colleagues?
I try to get the negative feedback rationally, but it is hard for me time to time.
As I\'m a sensitive person, sometimes the negative feedback hurts me, which is not a blame for me though.
I think when people give a negative feedback to someone, it will be more helpful to give an encouragement together.
