Including me, most people can\'t be perfect on their work at the first time. Especially when it was a first day at work and have no career.
Nervous make people do mistake. But it\'s a natural thing, the important thing is not repeating it.
If i have a successor, I won\'t expect professional from her, but wait with patient till she adapt to the job, and I will teach her from A to Z, even if it\'s a very easy tasks.
