This is a surprise for me to hear that a foreigner would like to try the Philippine \"balut\". To be honest, I am skeptical to recommend this delicacy because of the negative reactions that we got from \"first time\" eaters, however there are some people that are very open to try new things and they reacted positively after eating balut. Yes, Filipinos ay that balut will strengthen your knees but you must not eat for more than two because it is high in cholesterol.
