If someone did wrong to me, I want him or her to apologize as soon as possible.

When my daughter(especially first one) do wrong, I try to control my emotion, and just explain what the problem is, and then make her say sorry.
She sometimes couldn\'t accept my words, however it\'s getting better, I think.
