When someone walks into the business for the first time all of their initial thoughts should be positive and impressive, as it’s hard to change them. You\'ve done very well in this part.

Dealing with a difficult coworker is a delicate matter. You have the right to a peaceful work environment and the right to speak up for yourself as a CEO. Do what you must to keep the peace.

A few comments I made are about correct prepositions, subject-verb agreement, and pluralization.  So, thank you for this excellent analytical process you do for your clinic and work all the time.
