These days, in korea, there are many YouTube channals and broadcasts about intermittent fasting, and entertainment say that they do intermittent fasting. So I am doing that. Actually While I\'m working I don\'t eat well, and after work, intermittent fasting over 10 o\'clock is the case. Sometimes I had midnight snack. Because I can\'t stand. So I have dinner once a week, but dieting for a week in useless. ha ha but I will keep on a diet.
