Lending money can damage relationships with your friend and family, especially if they might have trouble paying it back. Patients may act paranoid, lash out in anger, or simply seem quite silly during a procedure because this process is alien to them. The best approach is to be patient and develop a rapport with them. Defuse thje violent situation, remain calm, listen to what they are saying, ask open-ended questions, and finally eeassure them and acknowledge that what they feel is natural. Of course, this is better said than done.
