Q. Describe an activity that keeps you healty while you enjoy
My favorite activity is the freediving. It is the diving under water without any of breating apparatus. When I had exprienced the snokeling, someone helped me to look at the turtle pulling me to the bottom of the sea. Then, I thought that It was fun and I wanted to dive better and deeper by myself. I got to start searching the video of the freediving. The mooving shape of people in process of free diving from above the sea into the dark and deep sea was quite beautiful and respectful. Afterwards, I registered the class and started to learn the freediving. In fact, It\'s not easy to feel passion for me, but strangely, I feel it while freediving. I want to test myself more with upright, deeper and comfortable posture.
