When I was in the Philippines, it was typhoon season. So there was a lot of rain while I\'d studied. One of the bad things was there were frequent blackouts in Baguio, especially during raining. It\'s hard to repair Baguio power system directly because it\'s not easy to navigate to Baguio which is located on the high mountain. Normally, during power outage, me and my friends evacuated to SM mall till it\'s done. But the other bad thing was after finishing blackout, there was such a long queue because everyone wanted to get on the taxi to go back there home.
