To me?
I practice not doing my work on holidays these days. Because I can\'t stop my work until the holidays. when doing the work until holidays, I feel not good. Because I know this actions derives from anxiety not my joy of work. I try to figure out what this anxiety is, where it is from. Then I can deal it more easier.
And this is also connected with my vice delaying my tasks. If I could do that on time, my anxiety will decrease. When I take a rest wholely, I can do my work more happily with good condition!
