I\'m agree with Scott\'s opinion. Because cell phone can make people addicted on their phone. So they can watch their phones a lot of time. I tell my story when I do my homework if I have my cell phone I can\'t focus on my homework. Because I want to watch Youtube or play games more than do homework. They are so fun. Not only them but also SNS like Instargram, Facebook, Twiter.
