HOMEWORK FOR 02/01:
Writing Task: Can people change their personality if they want to? Do you know anybody who has changed theirs?
As my understanding, Psychotherapy aims to resolve emotional problems and achieve deep changes in personality structure for individual patients. So I think if they want to, there are high possibilities for changing their personality.
Also I have been having psychotherapy session for 6 months . I could say privately we could change our personality. It is definetely difficulte process. However there is a assistant who helps us.
