Q. Tell about a time when you made a difficult choice.
A. I made a difficult choice when I quit my previous job last year. I worked in a bank for 3 years where I was able to get a good salary and good benefits. But my personality didn\'t fit in the job, so I decided to quit and find another job that I dreamed of. It took a very long time to decide to quit the job for some reasons. First, the company I was working was known as a good company to a public with the salary and benefits. And second, as unemployment rate has been increasing so far, it was very uncertain whether I can get another job. I couldn\'t help making a firm resolution. The difficult choice had made me to study and search hard about other jobs and I finally got a job within a year.
