Korea has a big problem that many Korean don't want to a baby since it's too much spend money in order to thier children and so many bad thing happened like violence, rape and crime. That's the why many people don't want to it. In opposite, world population is growing now. I think that's the reason most of poor country like Africa. Because most of Afirca country has worked by agriculture which is very important for their life. So, they should need more man-power. That's the why they have a children about 4~5 people at least. More growing people, more spend our resource like oil, water, natural gas and tree. We should not waste our resource for our descendant.
