What do you think are the qualities of a good neighbor? I think a good neighbor must have a community spirit. Since a community spirits are a thought to live together, we should consider our neighbors first rather than our own self. Making noise late at night or throwing the trash away everywhere...etc are the behaviors to destroy the community. There is need a thought that something I hate is also my neighbors dislike.
