I think Book is better than TV, I can give two kinds of reason.
The first, we are not same each other it's mean is each people are has different talent and avilabity, charactor ...
So some of people are more easily understand through TV program but some people are can not.
During moving fast TV screen are can reduce time to learn and understand but, another hands we didn't have time to imagine and thinking , understand e.t.c..
So throught read book we can learn and reach conclusion step by their own ability(speed)
The secound, mankind when study more deeply are not adapted TV screen yet
In my case, paper is more comfortable for me,when I try to study something

TV is more eficiency and give more convenient but I think book is more better.
