One of our big inequality issues now is a man and women. Especially, we have a president election next month so, most of candidates promise to eliminate between two genders. Ms.Park who is one of candidte is only woman that she strongly emphasize to women if she win the election, women can live more better before. But, I don't think so. She is a politician since 1992 but, she didn't have any interested in women's policy. She never maked law related to women's life. In light of her ex-activities, it doesn't make sense. Since 2000, our society proud of that we're in advanced countries but I guess it' not. According to our Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, too many women not only work for small company but work for big company have received until now. Promotion is more late and salary is more low than men even though they're same position in the company. These old custom must be eliminated.
