Public transportation's definition is that many people travel on the train, car and plane at a time. And public transportation has regular intervals and routes. But taxis can’t transport many people at a time. Also those have not regular intervals and routes. In addition, tax drivers can refuse for someone to get in the car. To be public transport, taxis have to transport people more than a person. Also those must have regular intervals and routes.
