So many people buy a car by installment plan. I also pay some money every month. And the gasoline price increase every day. So before buying a car, people should have the financial plan. In my case, I should suppress the desire to shop. For the safe driving, I think The government should crack down drunk drivers and encourage the people to fasten their seat belt.
