Hello there!   Good argument. Here in the Phillippines, low income people has only one hope of getting out of poverty- and that is winning the lottery. However, some of these winners meet unfortunate circumstances too. There are a lot of incidents wherein the lottery winner is killed because he cashed his money and the thieves killed him with no mercy and got all his prize money. Many stories also say that some of the lottery winners were not able to manage their prize money. A lot of them were so generous that they gave all their money away and after a short span of time, they\'ve got nothing but a centavo. Some winners are also still hoping that they can get more that is why they still continue to buy tickets. Well honestly for me it\'s a really a good luck and blessing if you win the lottery or \" lotto\" we call it \" lotto\" here in the Philippines. Prize money is really a huge amount of money but as for me, I still believe in hardwork and perseverance, it is still better to indulge in shopping with the money you\'ve worked hard for.
