When I was college student, my school had some problems. At that time, CCTV is not a common so that such as cell phone or laptop was stolen by others. Some people even stole bike, books and bags. To strong security, lots of schools installed CCTV everywhere except toilet. CCTV is far from toilet, now, we have another problem that women met often a pervert in toilet. As a result, school must intall emergency bell system all of women toilet for safe. If women touch it,it rings a bell loudly and security guard should be arrived 5 minute. It's almost 4 year ago and I don't know what is today's problem in college.
