1. Describe yourself in one word and explain why. -> People. The people is what I regard the most precious value. My vision is to make the world where I live better than before I came into the world. I hope to become a person whose job is helpful for developing human being. 2. What kind of books interest you? -> I like to read books about a history. I'm especially interested in the history of the ancient kingdom, Rome. I have recently read a series of The roman story written by famous japanese writer, shiono nanami. From those books, I could understand some factors to make the country become more powerful and bigger. I think the tolerance for diversity and the equality of chance to be successful are the major factors that strong countries have in common through the history. I believe we can find the solution and the vision from studying what our ancestors have done. 3. What major challenges and problems did you face in your previous job? How did you handle them? -> The most difficult problem that I faced in my previous job was to manage my privates who had a trouble in staying in the army and then even tried to commit suicide. They had common experiences that their fathers gave them terrible memories to be unforgettable in their childhood. I tried to give them good memories and warm feeling like their real fathers. I'm not sure whether I was good at helping them be a good man, but I'm sure that they got precious memories that they will remember for a long time.

Hi Mac! It has been a while. You\'ve been busy lately so it\'s nice to hear from you again. What I like about your answers is that you usually keep it simple and easy to understand. Some people use advanced vocabularies on their answers even if they have very little grasp of what it really meant. I feel that your answers are coming from your heart and not for the intent of impressing anyone. If the interviewers will see your honesty, then that could play as an advantage on your part. ^^ T.
