Some companies do not hire handicapped or disabled people because they believe that they cannot be as efficient as a normal person is. What do you think about this? I also think that some companies don't hire handcapped or disabled people becaus of thier inefficiency in works. I guess if some people are have problems in communicating and doing their jobs because of physical and mentally difficulty, they have more possibilities to faili to complete their jobs. Inspite of this, I think companies have to hire them. There are two main reasons. First, there are many task which are not complicated such as calculating, folding fikes, ect. They need some one who can take care of them. Second, companies have to be social responsable. These days companies don't focus on earing profits, but give back their earings to society by donating and hiring disable people.
