For example if gossiper hate someone. It can be friends, colleagues and even family member. The other reason is jealousy. once observing them, they seem to be not busy to their own. So they have a lot of chance for seeing others working. At the first time, they just envy someone's activity only. But it change as a bad feeling. Because if they talk with other's weakness once, it comforts them about their inferior complex.
