As my memory, I haven\'t experinced until now so, I want to tell you other story.

Men and women, Korea, has been treated unfairly expecailly for women because of sexual unfair and it does not only Korea but also all over the world.

Women couldn\'t go to school and work.

They only took care about family and clean house

Just about 100 years ago, women can study in school and go to work.

Nowadays, young women think that\'s not make sense but, it was really true.

So, they thank for their grand-mother generation becuase they fought to find women\'s rights.

As a result, women find their rights but, some problems happen again that unfairly promotion and salary.

Usually, women\'s promotion and salary is lower than men even though they can start to work together.

If men\'s perform is higher than compared to women, that makes sense but, sometimes women\'s perform was ignored by high official men.

That\'s regrettable situaion.
