I agree that learning from experience is better than learning from a book. I have two reasons for them. First of all, knowledge learned from experience can't be forgot. Because I experienced and felt by myself. So I can use them quite freely. Also, we can deal with emergent situation well through skills learned from experience. Though I undergo difficult situation, I can broke this difficulty up with my own experience.
