I absolutely believe that the right thing is different rates of tax depending on salary. If not, how good for riches who normally consist of 1~2% of population. I'm sure it's unfair and most of cuntries take action different rates of taxes on salary including Korea. More income, more pay taxes. Some Americans who are riches are repected by citizens of all over the world because of donation. They try to clearly pay taxes and donate their fortune that's main reason they are applaud by citizens. But, it's few percentage. Especially, I haven't found those people in Korea until now and that's ashamed for me. If I were a rich, I should try to take action noblesse oblige and I hope riches must have to do it.
