I agree that There should be rules of behavior for children. But it doesn't need to be strict. Because they have already had their own thingking and rules. Also, they have already Known what behavior is proper. So, if their parents make rules for children's regulations and teach them according to rules, children will understand and follow enough. Also, strict rules can make children contrary. There should be praise and regulation. If not, though they know that something shouldn't be done, they do that for defiance. Like as horse need both carrots and whip, children also need both rules and praise for their better future.
